 Niños House is a warm and cozy place full of art pai ntings located in Chinchaysuyo Avenue F-5 Los Incas, the main reference is behind the UNSAAC University.
Just 15 minutes away from the downtown area Niños house is a comfortable, uniquely decorated, fully equiped kitchen and bathrooms in a quite and tipycal Peruvian neighborhood with a breathtaking view over the mountains.

One twin room, three double rooms and one single room spread over two floors around a patio where each floor has its own kitchen and bathroom – USD 25.00 per person per night.
There is also a very luxurious suite with balcony and queen size bed  with a price of USD 35.00 per person per night.
